Important information about your return

• Please consider the following points for every return of goods:
• Goods returns must always be registered in advance.
  Use our website at www.conta-clip.de for this purpose.
   
• You can only return
  released goods after receiving feedback from our after-sales service team.
   
• Only items purchased directly from CONTA-CLIP will be taken back
   
• Only items in their original packaging that are not older than 6
  months from the date of purchase will be taken back. The items must be returned in resalable
  original condition and in the full packaging unit.
   
• Please ensure that the goods are packaged for transport.
  We accept no liability for damage caused by improper packaging during
  return transport.
   

Customised items and items manufactured to order are generally excluded from
returns.

Your return has a net value of at least €50.

We charge a processing fee of €50 net
plus 10% of the net value of the goods for returns.

For the processing of each return, it is imperative that the
reason for return is stated on the return receipt.

You return the goods "carriage paid" to the following address:

We ask for your understanding that returns of goods are subject to our discretion
and that items cannot be credited if the above points are not
fulfilled.

You will receive an RMA number by email
after the return has been recorded at www.conta-clip.de. This
must be visibly attached to the
transport packaging from the outside.
