Transformer terminal block PTKS 4 with push-in connection. Thanks to the tool-free plug-in principle for inserting rigid cores or cores with end sleeves, PTKS 4 simplifies wiring considerably and minimises the time required. The high contact force of the push-in spring ensures secure fixing and contacting of the wire ends even in the event of strong vibrations and mechanical shocks. To release the wires inserted from above, the transformer terminals, which are available in single and double-pole versions for conductor cross-sections of 4 mm²˛, have an integrated pusher that can be operated with light pressure and without special tools. PTKS 4 is mounted directly on coilformers or on 10 x 2 aluminium flat rails. Pluggable and insulated cross-connectors in 2- or 3-pole versions enable an uncomplicated potential connection of neighbouring terminals. Thanks to its two-part design consisting of base terminal and cover, PTKS 4 is well suited for automated soldering processes. After soldering the coil wire, the cover can simply be slid onto the terminal. The standard SB 7.5 labelling system is used for terminal marking.
