Rail-mounted terminal blocks in tension clamp connection system ZRK | ZSL

The ZRKD series is available in 13 different versions and, with a width of just 5 mm, offers the connection capacity of flexible or rigid cores up to 4 mm² with a rated current of up to 24 amperes. Solid and flexible conductors with/without ferrules can be connected to the connection system using an operating tool or a standard screwdriver. The tension spring opens when the tool is inserted and makes secure contact between the electrical conductor and the busbar.

The ZTRK basic terminal block range is available in 2-, 3- and 4-wire versions and can be used variably in combination with the product-related accessories programme. Without equipment, the three basic terminals are used to hold auto fuses or diode plugs. Alternatively, the base terminals are available equipped with disconnect blades or fuse holders for G-fuses.

Our ZINI/ZAKTO system family fully fulfils these requirements and consists of the ZIZA basic terminal blocks and the ZPL potential distribution strips. The ZIZA basic terminal block is designed as a feed-through terminal block and carries the signal level. It enables the potential distribution strips ZPL (plus, minus and PE potential) to be accommodated. The potential distribution strip consists of a single disc with one electrical connection each. Depending on the application, these individual discs can be linked to form the required number of poles.

ZSRK 2,5/2A/D/F and ZSRK 2,5/2A/RC are tension clamp direct mounting terminal blocks with an internal cross-connection channel. Compact and modular, with a clamping range of 0.08-2.5 mm2 and a rated voltage of 800 V, they offer the option of mounting a terminal block with the desired number of poles and screwing it directly onto the mounting plate (ZSRK 2.5/2A/D/F) or snapping it on directly (ZSRK 2.5/2A/RC).

The standard ZSRK 2.5; ZRK 2.5 and ZRKD 2.5 spring-cage terminal blocks from our CONTA-CONNECT range can be retrofitted via the STL 950/.../5.08-G-L pin headers. Each connection level can be quickly, easily and securely connected to the pin header.
