Quick, simple and reliable – the tool-less PRK push-in connection system not only saves time in control cabinet wiring, but also enables high packing density thanks to two-, three- and four-wire versions. But enough is never enough, and Conta-Clip has recently expanded its range of feed-through and protective earth terminals, adding PRK 16 and PSL 16 variants to meet the demand. The terminals make wiring comfortable, featuring enlarged insertion channels that point upwards. While contacting requires minimal mating force, connections withstand strong vibrations and shocks. Clamping points are worked via insulated pushers. Push-in terminal blocks Conta-Clip’s terminal block ranges with push-in connection include various kinds of feed-through, protective earth conductor, disconnect, fuse, multi-level, installation and initiator terminals for conductor cross sections from 1.5 mm² to 16 mm². The comprehensive PRK range offers various design improvements compared to conventional push-in terminals and meets the highest standards of easy handling and mechanical stability. The push-in connection allows for safe, tool-less insertion of rigid wires or wires with ferrules and significantly reduces the time spent on wiring. The integrated pusher for quickly releasing inserted wires requires only light pressure and no special tools, yet provides high contact force for the push-in spring. Accidental insertion of wires in the wrong channel is largely eliminated since individual channels and pusher positions are clearly separated. The completely new internal layout with large contact surfaces and fixed metal parts ensures high current-carrying capacity with low temperature rise, mechanical robustness and an absolutely secure fit of the compact terminals on the mounting rail. All potentials have a test point for easy measurement. PRK range feed-through and PE terminals are available for six nominal cross sections from 1.5 mm² to 16 mm² in versions with two-, three- and four-wire connectors suitable for wire cross sections from 0.34 mm² to 25 mm². The protective earth terminals have foot contacts on both sides to ensure maximum electrical and mechanical reliability. Time is money – the versatile KES-R M cable entry system from Conta-Clip saves valuable installation time, allowing for control cabinets and enclosures to be equipped in seconds. The sealing membrane is simply pierced with a screwdriver at one of the marked centering points; then, 1.5 mm to 22.2 mm wide pneumatic tubes and electric cables without plugs are inserted. This enables much higher packing density than conventional cable glands. The KES-R M system with the distinctive dodecagonal design is mounted without tools in standardized metric openings from M25 to M63. It ensures reliable sealing up to IP54. To achieve IP66 protection and for enclosure walls thicker than 2.5 mm, the entries can also be screwed tight with a lock nut. The silicone- and halogen-free material mix of TPE and fiberglass reinforced polyamide 6.6 ensures tightness and stability. The KES-R M range includes 16 different variants in the sizes M25, M32, M40, M50 and M63. Versatile cable entry family KES cable entry systems from Conta-Clip enable fast, tool-less and reliable routing of non-assembled electric cables and pneumatic tubes into control cabinets or housings. The new KDS-SR Compact cable entries from Conta-Clip are ideal for the fast and secure feed-through of cables and tubes with or without connectors in confined spaces. The halogen-free, silicone-free system allows users to equip control cabinets and housings from the inside to the outside in a highly flexible manner in just a few simple steps – even with high packing density. The frame is fixed in the housing opening with M5 screws. Servicing or modifications are possible at any time without tools and without removing the frame. The compact, black screw-down frames securely hold the multi-resistant sealing elements, thereby providing IP66 protection and reliable strain relief. The modular system is suitable for the temperature range from -40 °C to +120 °C (static). The cable entries made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide PA 6.6 / TPE have an UL 94 V-0 flammability classification. The entries go with the small sealing elements from Conta-Clip’s KDSClick cable management system. KDS-SR Compact with its captive injected gasket is based on the proven KDS-SR FB series for flat cables. The German manufacturer offers the system in four compact frame sizes for two to five sealing elements. KDS-SR Compact cable entries are ideal for confined spaces

Conta-Clip is continuously optimizing its portfolio and now presents the new inverted modular cable entry system KDSI-SR-G, a two-part screw frame for simple and service-friendly assembly from the outside to the inside. The system for cables with and without connectors shows high adaptability in terms of cable management for control cabinets, enclosures and machines and significantly reduces the time required for assembly. The screwless, horizontally latching frame halves made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide PA 6.6 feature dovetail profiles and thus do not have to be screwed but simply lock in place. Their double, overlapping integrated and captive TPE gasket ensures tight sealing according to protection type IP66. The black cable entry fits in standard cut-outs for 4, 10, 16 and 24-pin heavy-duty connectors. Furthermore, the 8/16 frame has a fixed partition and can be equipped with two 4-piece inlays. KDSI-SR-G is suitable for cables of all connector sizes and allows the greatest possible variability in the order of assembly. The frame can either be screwed directly to the housing or partially assembled or fully pre-assembled externally for later mounting on the housing. Customers can choose whichever frames and mounting methods best fit their particular application. The system offers maximum flexibility with optimized warehousing by using the proven modular KDS system for accessories such as inlays and sealing elements. Conta-Clip's new KDS-BS and KDS-BC brush sealing cable entries offer the ideal solution for these requirements. The two-piece interlocking cable entries from the German manufacturer are halogen-free and silicone-free. Their brushes ensure efficient thermal insulation and create a visible barrier in openings for guiding through cables and wires with and without connectors. The use of a certified and approved socket in electrical cabinets is crucial to ensuring the safety of people and equipment. Conta-Clip offers STD-TS/CFL/LED control cabinet sockets with screw connection and a green LED as mains voltage indicator for this purpose. As can be expected from the German manufacturer, the sockets are of course approved for use in control cabinets and comply with the relevant international standards and regulations. This ensures the reliability of electrical systems. STD-TS models are designed as combination sockets featuring a CF-type grounding outlet and an L-type Italian mating face. The combination sockets made in Europe are 45 mm wide and can be mounted directly or attached to 35 mm mounting rails (EN 60715). STD-TS/CFL/LED control cabinet sockets are available in grey (standard) or yellow (permanently live). The sockets are suitable for up to 250 V AC and 16 A.
