Whistleblower system

Compliance with laws, regulations and internal guidelines is a top priority at CONTA-CLIP. A whistleblower system has therefore been implemented to implement the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the associated protection of whistleblowers.

The term "whistleblowing" covers all information relating to suspected unlawful or unethical matters in connection with the operation of CONTA-CLIP Verbindungstechnik and its affiliated subsidiaries. These may relate to the following points:

• Bribery, corruption
• fraud of any kind and embezzlement
• environmental and occupational health and safety violations
• disregard for social standards and human rights
• data protection and information security
• competition and antitrust law
• . and antitrust law
• Export controls
• Tax law
• Violations of the ZVEI-VDMA Code of Conduct

Incoming reports are treated confidentially and have no negative consequences for the whistleblower. We ask you to use the whistleblower system responsibly and only submit information that you are sure, to the best of your knowledge, is correct. In order for your report to be processed appropriately, it is important that it is as specific as possible and that the description can also be understood by people outside the field. Notes can also be submitted anonymously. In order to support the effective processing of reports, we encourage personalized submissions. If you wish, you can also contact a trusted person in person (contact via this digital reporting channel). With our reporting system, we want to encourage not only our employees to provide information, but also suppliers, customers, partners and other third parties. Thank you for your support
