The KDSI-SR inverse screw frames enable complete assembly from the outside and expand the range of the proven KDS cable entry systems. The design and the proven and simple assembly principle remain virtually unchanged. The changes to the inverse versions consist of a mirrored geometry of the frame opening tapers and an additional two-part cover that ensures the tight fit of the sealing elements towards the outside. Reliable sealing up to IP66 and reliable static strain relief in accordance with DIN EN 62444 continue to be ensured by the integrated frame seals and the conical shape of the sealing elements, which are pressed into the frame openings from the outside. As with all KDS cable entry systems, the modular click and plug principle means that individual grommets and seals can be reconfigured at any time and as required without any assembly effort.
