Fuse, assembly, diode and display modules

Fuse, assembly, diode and display modules

In the field of passive electronics, CONTA-CLIP offers a large number of different module types that support fast, compact and safe operation. The modules can be mounted on TS 32 and TS 35 mounting rails via the combination foot. They have a screw terminal connection with a rated cross-section of 2.5 mm2 . Customer-specific plant identifiers can be inserted into the labeling channels on both sides of the orange mounting trays using the standard Pocket-Maxicard PMC quick labeling system.

    Fuse modules SM

SM fuse modules have three or six fine-wire fuse receptacles, which are guided separately from each other on screw-type PCB terminals. The fuse receptacles can accommodate fine-wire fuses of size 5 x 20. In the ...G versions, the inputs of the fuse receptacles are connected to each other via the circuit board to enable a common supply.

    BSM placement modules

The BSM placement modules have two rows of solder pins, which are applied in parallel to the board and connected to screw-type PCB terminals via conductor tracks. In the area of the opposite solder pins, electronic components such as resistors, diodes, capacitors or varistors can be soldered in by the user.

    Diode modules DM

In the diode modules DM, different components such as diodes or diodes with resistors are connected in parallel or in series. In the electrical and electronic control systems, these diode circuits perform a variety of tasks. These include reverse polarity protection, electrical decoupling of fault signals, spark quenching diodes in the event of overvoltages caused by inductive loads such as solenoid valves or DC relays, and lamp test modules for the detection and final coupling of collective signals. The modules are available in negative or positive polarity versions or as freely switchable units.

    Lamp test modules LPM

Lamp test modules LPM for the acquisition and final coupling of collective messages are used for the optical signaling of switching or signal states. In the LPM-K modules, the diodes are connected in pairs on the cathode side and can be freely switched at the anode. In the LPM-A modules, the diodes are connected in pairs on the cathode side. One anode from each pair is connected to a common collection point with other anodes.
